It's That Time of Year Again!

Thanksiving? Guess again! Christmas? Ok, I am super excited for that but not what I am referring to...

IT'S THE VICTORIA'S SECRET FASHION SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, so compared to the Holidays anything seems a little less appealing, BUT it just so happens that this is one of the best shows ever! The outfits are small indeed, but you know when you watch, secretly you wish you were married just so you could strut those babies around! Lingerie aside, the design team behind their accessories are amazing! I love all the different wings, shoes, and all the crazy other scraps they are decorated with! After watching this, every girl wishes it was socially acceptable to work those little booty shorts in public. Well, I am glad that day is very far off! Modest is hottest! Never the less, the runway show aires Dec. 1st on CBS for those who are planning ahead for married life!

My Still Lifes Make My Life Still.

I feel like I have so many things that I want to blog about but I have been too busy to do it so I would like you all to gather round as I catch up on my life the past couple of weeks.

Once upon a time I took this class called Drawing I. It was A LOT different than I thought it was going to be but I ended up liking it a lot and it helped my drawing A LOT, so who can complain? But the reason I have not been up to date with my blogs is just this very reason. My mid term still life has been the main project that has taken up any down time. I turned it in and my art teacher said it was "Prom Queen Gone Wrong" which I really love to be honest. Here is the finished product.

Moving right along, to - dun dun dun HALLOWEEN!! I have the oppertunity to go to the best school ever & becasue of this we throw the best halloween party ever called THE HOWL. Young sexy people flock from all over Utah & then some to come to this epic fiesta. Also what made it super spectacular is that I got to see one of my best friends names Christina! It turned out to be an awesome night 7 so fun to catch up with her & dance the night away with creeps of all kinds & her doing the boody doo on all the colored boys. My awesome boyfriend & his roommates went as plastic green army men toys & won the costume contest (He's really good at those obviously) which included a ipod touch, skulls candy's, ipod gift cards & a lot of other awesome swag or that nature. Ivan's girlfriend came up from salt lake which is always so great, she is THE nicest coolest girl ever & we all just had a grand ole time as you can probly tell from these great pictures following...

I was a Sailor & Kelley was Cat Woman! Meeow!

Me & Amanda, Please at the Dance!! She was Peach & her boyfriend was Mario, Precious!

Me & Monica!! She is the Cutest!

Saved the best for last - Me & Paul Jones! His costume was so sweet!

All around the Howl was just a great time. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to get down on Halloween, uhh dancing wise of course... (perverts)

#3 - Ok so I'm not the type of girl who gets homesick easily. I usually go about 3-6 months on average without being home which when I think about it is really sad, but that's life when you grow up, I guess. But these past two weeks I have been Dyyyyyyiiiinnnnggg!! I really just want to be in my house with my cat & my mom & my sister & go to thanksgiving with my aunts and my gramma and my cousins. It's insane. I think it may be because I know the time is coming. All I know is that I am so freaking excited to get back in Boise! It is really sad that my dad isn't going to be there, but I guess I have to face it sometime.. Also, about this time a kenny chesney song came on my ipod,
- didn't even know I had it, love it when you find new jewels like that-
...it seriously almost made me cry. It was so weird! Emo much chelsea? Anyways, it is called Back Where I Come From and it is just so great. If you are country at heart this song will make you homesick! No joke, try me if you dare.

No time to blog, topic number FOUR >>>

On the Urban Outfitters website they are doing LSTN #7 = 25 free downloads of upcoming bands that are sure to be the next big thing, or maybe not but they are still real good tunes! There is actually some really sweet songs, and the best part is that they are all FREE!!!!!!!!
So hop over to their website & treat your ears!

& Last but definitely not not not least:::

BSU IS COMING TO LOGAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAAAAAHHHHHOOOOOOOO!!!! YA YA YA WOO WOO YA WOO YA YA YA WOO WOO !!!

As if I am not already homesick enough my lovely BRONCOS(!!!!) are gracing the Cache Valley with their DOMINATING presence. I LOVE BSU more than I love or will ever love:
1. Any man.. Oh wait there is that one gorgeous guy in my journalism class with good style & a great beard.... touché beardie.
2. Cafe Rio Pork Salads (GASP! Yes, I know.)
3. USU Football.. (I'm not a traitor, I save my alliance to my school for things that matter, like AGGIE BASKETBALL!!)
4. Popping Bubble Wrap
5. Getting a great find at the DI, Savers, or Good Will. (Can't buy me love! Not even for $4 vintage heels or $5 gramma earrings).

This concludes my life as of the last month and a half. Don't worry, my still life final is only 3 weeks away. So this long long blog will have to last you till christmas, which it possibly could because it is so very long. Love you all hope you enjoyed this tour of my month free blogging life. Until next time - stay classy, (insert location here.
& might I throw out that.. I want to be on you.. uhh.. & you have a breath taking hiney.

Life vs. Regina Spektor

Once upon a time I wanted to go to see this girl Regina play her piano.

I had a test review that night so we had to be a little late leaving. We drove to slc and she started way earlier then we all had imagined she would, (being the big star that she is) so we had to hurry and find a parking spot lickity split!
- Ever tried to park at the Venue? -
30- 35 minutes later we found one that was a little sketchy but we were willing to make it work because she had already started and we were going crazy! We were hurrying to get things together since we packed up a bunch of stuff to stay in Riverton for the weekend, & all the sudden we looked up & saw a mean looking man who looked rather intimidating, walked real close past the front of my window and kept looking over to us every 2.5 seconds. He then stopped walking 3 steps past the front of my car and continued to look at us in between checking his phone. He was seemingly waiting for us to get out, even with my lights shining on him. We found this sketchy & asked each other what the heck he was doing continuing to make eye contact & waiting for us. Anyone who knows me, knows that i get creeped easily but this was not a little creek in the house when your home alone, this was a legit creeper, in the creeping process being displayed right in front of us, & I was afraid that if we ignored this creep status, he would make sure one of these things would come to pass:
A. Hold us at gunpoint/knifepoint/bladepoint until we gave him all our possessions
B. Creep us terribly until we told him that he could have our possessions if he agreed not to murder us
or C. steal our possessions & murder us later

(Ps. I'm not a racist, it was legit really sketchy! Especially late at night on a dark abandoned street!) So thinking about my options I turned my car back on and drove away quickly. Needless to say I sacrificed Regina for my life, it had to be done.
Oprah Winfrey once said, "Follow your instincts. That's where true wisdom manifests itself."

So, instead we went to the gateway and I bought an owl ring & a red hat. I am content with my life being still in tact & my new purchases. The End.

Ps. I am sad that I didn't see many of my friends this weekend that I wanted to. Please forgive me, & I hope to see all of you soon!!
