Waking Up in NYC

I love when you wake up somewhere different in the first few seconds of the morning and then realizing where you are and rejoicing.
It's just one of those little treasures of life.

This morning I woke up, looked out the window saw a long street full of trees, apartments, dog walkers, and hustle & bustle and realized i was in NYC.
That I really did see Lykke Li last night and walk through central park home in the warm and welcoming New York muggy streetlight.

Today was also amazing. I will tell you more about it when I am home and can do it right, But just know, the Met is my sanctuary, Shake Shack is delish, Times Suare (the button for the kue isnt working, weird to try and spell is without the letter..) Street vendor hot dogs are semi anticlimactic, and of all the places I've gotten lost, Central Park is the best one by far.

Tomorrow's line up:
Rockefeller center
Radio City
New York City Library
Flat Iron Building
Central Park cont'd
FAO Shwartz & playing on the giant piano (childhood fantasy, check!)
Zara & H&M
Grand Central Station
Williamsburg & a sweet thrift store there
Loving life.

For now, I just love my life more than I ever have. Something about this city just makes you feel ALIVE.  This city is amazing, I love everything about it,
except the headaches I get from second hand smoke
and all the cute boys are never wearing g's.
What a waste. :)

But so many opportunities and lovely things to do and see, after graduating I could def see a lovely time to relocate.. for a time is all but relocate nonetheless for a bit.

real blogging to come about the city so stay tuned for some sweet pics!
